Refund and Returns Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Girdharti typically does not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we are committed to resolving the following issues fairly:


Damaged Product

Report any damage within 5 days of delivery by emailing info@girdharti.shop with:

  • Order number

  • Image of outer box

  • Two clear images of the damaged product

For multi-item orders, only the damaged item will be replaced.
We’ll respond within 24–48 hours and arrange a prompt replacement.


Missing Product

Report missing items within 5 days of delivery via email with:

  • Order number

  • Image of outer box

  • Two images of the opened box showing received items

Refunds are not issued for missing items, but we’ll resend the product quickly.
Expect a response within 24–48 hours and full assistance.


Spoiled Product

Report spoiled items within 10 days of delivery. Email us with:

  • Order number

  • Packaging/manufacture date

  • Clear images or a video of the spoiled product

Please note: We do not accept returns based on natural variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Our handcrafted, natural products may differ slightly by batch.

Replacements are determined after review, and we ensure fair resolution.
You’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours and complete support.
