For multi-item orders, only the damaged item will be replaced.

Report missing items within 5 days of delivery via email with:

Refunds are not issued for missing items, but we’ll resend the product quickly.

Report spoiled items within 10 days of delivery. Email us with:

Packaging/manufacture date
Clear images or a video of the spoiled product
